国外社区心理健康服务的发展现状及启示

摘　　要：以美国、瑞典、英国等发达国家为首的大多数国家的社区心理健康服务起步较早,已经建立起了完善的服务体系,拥有成熟的理论和专业化的工作机构和人员,形成了以政府为主导,把握正确发展方向的模式。而我国目前的社区心理健康服务仍处于初级阶段,在发展过程中还存在着理论缺乏、专业度不够、发展不平衡等问题,因此,我国的社区心理健康服务应该加强理论的构建,提高政府在相关工作上的主导作用,向着专业化和特色化的方向发展。Most of the developed countries,such as the United States,Sweden,the United Kingdom and so on,have set up a complete service system,with mature theoretical and professional institutions and personnel,and formed a government led model to grasp the right direction of development.However,the current community mental health service in China is still in the primary stage,and there are still some problems in the development process,such as lack of theory,lack of specialization,unbalanced development,etc.Therefore,the community mental health service in China should strengthen the construction of theory,improve the leading role of the government in related work,and develop towards specialization and characteristics.
