摘　　要：体育社团是学校开展体育活动的校园公益组织,也是体育教学在第二课堂延伸的重要载体。文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈、逻辑分析法等,从体育社团的种类分布、经费来源、管理体制、师资情况、文化建设等方面对高职院校体育社团现状和发展策略进行分析,并对南京交通职业技术学院体育社团改革实践进行研究。结果显示:在学院相关职能部门通力合作的情况下,通过创建课内课外相融合的体育课程体系和开展具有学院特色的体育社团活动,学生体质健康测试成绩明显提高,学生校园体育文化生活丰富多彩,学生综合素质、核心竞争力、可持续发展能力明显提升。Sports communities are public welfare organizations that carry out sports activities in colleges,and they are also an important carrier for the extension of physical education in extracurricular activities.The article analyzes the status quo and development strategies of sports communities in higher vocational colleges in terms of their types and distribution,funding sources,management system,teachers,and cultural construction by using the methods of literature review,expert interviews,and logical analysis,and takes research on reform practice of sports communities in Nanjing Vocational Institute of Transport Technology.The results show that,with the full cooperation of college’s relevant functional departments and through the creation of a physical education curriculum system that integrates both inside and outside classroom teaching and the development of sports community activities with college’s characteristics,students’physical fitness test scores have been significantly improved,and students’campus sports and cultural life are rich and colorful,and students’comprehensive quality,core competitiveness,and sustainable development capabilities have been significantly promoted.
