依法治国语境中的新型警民关系构建

摘　　要：警民关系是社会基本关系之一,又是警务活动的重要基础;警民关系是由社会经济基础决定,并受政治、法律制度影响,随社会的发展不断发生变化。警民关系的好坏直接关系到维护社会大局稳定和社会公平正义。本文从依法治国语境下对警民关系进行重新界定,分析目前社会形势下警民关系存在的突出问题,提出构建新型警民关系的新路径和新方法。The relationship between the police and thepublic is one of the basic social relations and the basis of police activities;it is determined by the social and economic foundation,and is affected by the political and legal systems,and changes continuously with the development of society.The relationship’s quality is directly related to the maintenance of overall social stability and social fairness and justice.This paper redefines this relationship from the context of the rule of law,analyzes the outstanding problems in the relationship in the current social situation,and proposes a new path and method to construct a new relationship between the police and the public.
