摘　　要：大型综合性医疗机构健康教育有优势也有不足,本文立足某大型综合性医疗机构实际,从提升健康教育服务理念认识、转换医疗服务模式思维入手,健全医院健康教育工作网络架构,采用将健康教育纳入医院预算管理和质量控制管理体系等作为医院工作重要议程的管理手段,通过规划、落实、反馈、评估的PDCA循环往复的管理模式,探索出不断提升综合医院全员性主动参与并实施健康教育的路径,成效显著,社会效益显著。Health education in large comprehensive medical institutions has advantages and disadvantages.In this paper,based on the large-scale comprehensive medical institutions promoting health education service concept understanding,transforming thinking of medical service mode,and improving hospital health education network architecture,the ways of improving the whole active participation and implementation of health education in the comprehensive hospitals are explored by means of bringing health education into the hospital budget management and quality control management system as an important agenda of hospital management,through planning,implementation,feedback and evaluation of PDCA cycle management features.The outstanding achievements are obtained and the social benefit is remarkable.
