摘　　要：本文探讨了一种新型冷链运输装置:移动式果蔬气调冷藏装置。文章介绍了该装置的国内外发展现状,并从理论层面对其保鲜机理、设备选型、技术特点做了详细阐述。该装置的技术推广,可以在保障果蔬品质的前提下,降低运输成本,从而将进一步完善我国的食品冷链技术。In view of the current status of foreign cold-chain logistics,this paper explores a new type of cold chain transport device:C.A.refrigerated device with sharing and moving functions for storing fruit and vegetable.The article introduces the development status of the device at home and abroad,and from the theoretical elaborating on the preservation mechanism,equipment selection and technical characteristics of the device.The technical promotion of the device can reduce the transportation cost under the premise of ensuring the quality of fruit and vegetable,and thus further improve the food cold chain technology in China.
