摘　　要：目的研究OCT4和P27^kip1蛋白在肺癌中的表达及其相关性,并探讨与肺癌临床病理参数的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法对30例肺癌标本OCT4和P27^kip1的表达进行检测。结果肺癌标本OCT4和P27^kip1蛋白阳性表达分别为66.7%和73.7%,且OCT4和P27^kip1的表达水平与患者年龄、性别无明显关联,而与肿瘤转移有关。OCT4和P27^kip1在肺癌中的表达存在负相关(rs=-0.426,P<0.05)。结论OCT4和P27^kip1呈负相关性,可能在肺癌的发生发展过程中起关键作用,为肺癌诊治的研究提供了新的思路。Objective To investigate the expression of OCT4 and P27^kip1 in lung cancer and their correlation,and to explore their relations with clinical pathological parameters.Methods The expression of OCT4 and P27^kip1 in 30 samples of lung cancer was detected by using immunohistochemistry technique(SP).Results The positive rates of OCT4 and P27^kip1 protein expression in lung cancer were 66.7%and 73.7%respectively.Moreover,the expression levels were disassociated with patients age and gender,but it was significantly correlated with tumor metastasis.A negative correlation was found between the expression of OCT4 and P27^kip1 in lung cancer(r s=-0.426,P<0.05).Conclusion The negative correlation between OCT4 and P27^kip1 may play a key role in the tumorigenesis of lung cancer and provide some references for study on the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
