摘　　要：采用问卷调查法等,探讨浙江省国家示范性高职院校体育社团发展的困境与成因,并提出破解路径。主要结论:主要困境为学生自主管理权限缺失,体育社团社会化程度较低、专业化水平不足;造成困境的主要原因为现有体育社团管理模式与体育社团发展需求不匹配,管理模式的行政化色彩浓厚、封闭性特征显著以及资源配备落后。建议:重构管理模式,突出学生自主管理权;破除部门壁垒,保障资源有效供给;完善监督机制,鼓励社团竞赛活动;实施"两增两改"举措,拓展发展空间。The purpose of this study is to analyze the existing obstacles in the development of the college sports clubs in Zhejiang province and the causes.The primary conclusions are drawn such as insufficient self-management rights of students,low extent of socialization and lack of specialization in the clubs,which have been caused by administrative and closed management mode with weak resources allocation which is incompatible with the development of sports clubs.It was proposed that we should innovate management mode to improve self-management of students;break down departmental barriers for effective supply;improve monitoring system and encourage competitive events;create more opportunities for further development by implementing some measures.
