中医治疗孤独症谱系障碍的现状研究

摘　　要：孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)是神经系统发育障碍性疾病,以社交障碍、语言交流障碍、兴趣或活动范围狭窄以及重复刻板行为为主要特征。目前,西医主要采用药物及干预疗法进行治疗,效果有限。中医治疗孤独症谱系障碍方法包括中药、针刺、推拿、穴位注射、耳穴贴压等。本文就以上中医治疗ASD的临床研究作一综述,旨在为临床治疗该病提供参考。Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD)is a developmental disorder of the nervous system,characterized by social disturbance,language communication disturbance,narrow range of interests or activities,and repetitive stereotyped behaviors.At present,Western medicine mainly uses drugs and interventional therapies for treatment,with limited effects.TCM treatments for autism spectrum disorders include traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,massage,acupoint injection,ear acupoint pressing and so on.This article summarizes the above clinical researches on the treatment of ASD with traditional Chinese medicine,aiming to provide reference for clinical treatment of the disease.
