大数据时代医务人员信息需求与查新部门精准服务调查研究

摘　　要：目的为适应大数据时代现代信息技术的发展以及网络化、新医学模式的创新,探讨医务人员不断变化的信息需求,充分发挥查新部门的优势,为医务人员提供精准服务。方法采用自制调查问卷于2019年1~7月随机选择河北省内27家省、市、县级公立医院,社区卫生中心、体检中心及乡镇卫生院不同级别的医疗机构在职人员进行调查,了解其信息需求及获取途径、与本职工作相关医学资源利用情况,掌握其信息需求要素。结果共发放问卷500份,收回469份,有效466份,问卷回收率93.80%,有效回收率为93.20%;此次调研对象包括临床医生、护士、科研人员、教学人员、医学类技师,基本上包涵了有医学信息需求的各类人员;调信息需求获取途径比例最大的是专业书籍和网络资源,分别占69.95%、62.66%。需求内容以临床症状、诊断标准、治疗方案为主,所占比重均超过60%,不同人员的需求各有侧重。结论医务人员主要信息需求以了解本专业所接触患者症状特点、诊断治疗、国内外发展现状及最新医疗资讯为主,以及时准确、专业适用及获取方式便捷为前提。查新部门应掌握需求差异、结合自身优势,利用多种现代化手段、不断完善服务内容,满足医务工作者的信息需求。Objective In order to adapt to the development of modern information technology in the era of big data and the innovation of networking and new medical models,we would explore the ever-changing information needs of medical staff,give full play to the advantages of the novelty search department,and provide medical staff with precise services.Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to randomly select 27 provincial,municipal,and county-level public hospitals,community health centers,physical examination centers,and township health centers in Hebei Province from January to July 2019.Information needs and access,the utilization of medical resources related to the job,and master the elements of information needs.Results A total of 500 questionnaires were issued,469 were returned,and 466 were valid.The questionnaire recovery rate was 93.80%,and the effective recovery rate was 93.20%.The subjects of this survey included clinicians,nurses,scientific researchers,teaching staff,and medical technicians,which basically included Various types of personnel with medical information needs are found;professional books and network resources accounted for 69.95% and 62.66%,respectively,with the largest proportion of access to information needs.The content of the demand was mainly based on clinical symptoms,diagnostic criteria,and treatment plans,all accounting for more than 60%,and the needs of different personnel have their own focuses.Conclusion The main information needs of medical staff were based on understanding the characteristics of patients'symptoms,diagnosis and treatment,domestic and foreign development status and the latest medical information,as well as timely and accurate,professional application and convenient access methods.The novelty search department should grasp the difference in demand,combine its own advantages,use a variety of modern methods,and continuously improve the content of services to meet the information needs of medical workers.
