摘 要:目的探讨帕金森病(PD)前驱期患者非运动症状特点。方法2017年3月至2018年12月于南京市社区筛查共纳入36例PD前驱期患者(PD前驱期组)和36例年龄、性别及受教育年限相匹配的健康老年人(对照组)。所有受试者均采用统一帕金森病评定量表第三部分(UPDRS-Ⅲ)、简易智能评估量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Mo CA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和非运动症状问卷筛查量表(NMS Quest)进行评估。结果筛查到的PD前驱期患者占总筛查人数的3.02%。PD前驱期组UPDRS-Ⅲ评分、HAMD评分、HAMA评分和NMS Quest评分高于对照组,MMSE评分和Mo CA评分低于对照组,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PD前驱期患者中100%至少出现一种非运动症状。PD前驱期组各非运动症状症候群发生率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PD前驱期患者非运动症状复杂多样,应重视社区中存在非运动症状人群并及时筛查。Aim To explore the characteristics of non-motor symptoms(NMS)in patients with prodromal Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods From March 2017 to December 2018,36 prodromal PD patients and 36 healthy controls were recruited from Nanjing community by screening.All subjects were evaluated by Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale PartⅢ(UPDRS-Ⅲ),Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE),Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Non-motor Questionnaire(NMS Quest).Results PD prodromal patients accounted for 3.02%of the total screening population.The scores of UPDRS-III,HAMD,HAMA and NMS Quest in prodromal PD patients were higher than those of healthy controls.The scores of MMSE,MoCA in prodromal PD patients were lower than those of the healthy controls(P<0.05).NMS were experienced by 100%of prodromal PD patients.The incidence of NMS domains in prodromal PD patients was higher than that in the healthy controls(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with prodromal PD have complex and diverse NMS,so the population with NMS in the community should be paid attention and screened in time.
