摘　　要：帕金森病视网膜病变是帕金森病非运动症状的研究热点之一。帕金森病视功能障碍可能是帕金森病早期特异性较高的生物标记物,视觉电生理的改变可能与多巴胺水平相关。视网膜内层变薄,黄斑处血管变化以及磷酸化α-突触核蛋白沉积于视网膜内层进一步佐证了帕金森病视网膜病变。文中就帕金森病视网膜病变的相关研究作综述。The retinopathy has become a research hot spot of the nonmotor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease(PD).Visual abnormalities are found to be a positive biomarker of early PD.Meanwhile,abnormalities of visual electrophysiology are related to the level of dopamine.In addition,thinning of inner retinal layer,changing of macular vessels and phosphorylatedα-synuclein depositing in inner retinal layer are proved to be the manifestation of retinopathy in PD.The advances in the characterization of retinopathy in PD were overviewed.
