我国高产高效矿井建设的回顾和发展思路

摘　　要：我国高产高效矿井建设 10年来成绩斐然 :提高了行业整体技术水平、促进了煤炭经济增长方式的转变、建成了一批高产高效矿井、加快了企业科学化管理进程、带动了煤矿机械制造业的发展。总结了高产高效矿井建设的 6条经验。提出的新时期建设高产高效矿井的基本思路是 :发展机械化提高单产单进水平、调整生产布局实现合理集中生产、推行高产高效安全的采煤方法、强化“一通三防”工作、广泛推行锚杆支护技术、大力发展辅助运输、提高主要生产设备和关键部件的质量。Construction of highly efficient coal mines in China over the past decade has borne optimal results in that the overall technical level of the coal industry has been improved, the economic growth pattern of the coal sector transformed, modern management mode of coal mines and related enterprises promoted and all these pushed forward the development of coal mining equipment manufacturing industry. Hence the paper lists 6 experiences gained in the construction of highly efficient coal mines in this country on the basis of which the basic idea for highly efficient coal mine construction is proposed, which emphasizes the role of mechanized operation, improving the per unit face productivity, centralized production mode based on rationalized production arrangement, highly efficient coal mining technique with work safety ensured, precaution measures ensured for good ventilation, prevention of mine dust, mine gas and mine water, spread application of bolting support technology, promoted use of auxiliary transportation, improving the quality of key productive equipment and key parts and the unified operation of production units, universities and research institutions.
