摘 要:老年性黄斑变性(AMD)是一种以视网膜光感受器细胞、RPE细胞和脉络膜毛细血管退化为特征的眼底疾病,发病机制不明,无有效治疗方法。基础研究发现,动物模型视网膜下腔植入骨髓间充质干细胞、多能干细胞、RPE细胞等细胞疗法可减缓或逆转AMD视力丧失,为AMD的治疗带来新的希望。Age-related macular degeneration(AMD)is a fundus disease characterized by degeneration of retinal photoreceptor cells,RPE cells and choroidal capillaries.The pathogenesis is not clear and there is no effective treatment.Cell therapies can slow or reverse the vision loss of AMD in animal models,which include implantation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,pluripotent stem cells,RPE cells into the subretinal cavity.Therefore,cell therapy is a promising strategy for the treatment of AMD.
