摘　　要：中国医师协会妇产科医师分会妇科肿瘤专业委员会(学组)组织专家首次提出了《实施腹腔镜下子宫(肌瘤)分碎术的中国专家共识》,并已正式发表。这将对规范腹腔镜下子宫(肌瘤)分碎术术前评估、术中处理以及术后监测起到积极作用。笔者对《共识》的临床指导价值和诊治要点进行解读,帮助临床医师以及影像科医师更好地理解《共识》并加强实际应用。The Chinese Expert Consensus on the Implementation of Laparoscopic Power Morcellation of Uterine Fibroids was first proposed by experts of Gynecologic Cancer Committee(Academic Panel)of Chinese Obstetricians and Gynecologists Association,and has been officially published.This will play a positive role in standardizing preoperative evaluation,intraoperative management and postoperative monitoring of laparoscopic power morcellation.We interpret the values of the consensus in clinical diagnosis and treatment,aiming to help clinicians and physicians better understand the consensus and strengthen its practical application.
