摘　　要：目的建立妇科止带片中掺杂牛皮源成分的专属性检测方法。方法利用胰蛋白酶酶解妇科止带片中的胶类成分,采用超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱,以牛皮源特征离子对m/z 641.3→726.2和m/z 641.3→783.3作为检测离子对,离子化模式为ESI+,进行多反应监测。结果在收集的29批样品中,有9批样品检出了牛皮源成分,可能存在使用掺伪造假胶类药材投料的情况。结论文中的检查方法准确、可靠、专属性强,可用于检查妇科止带片中的掺杂牛皮源成分。OBJECTIVE To establish an analytical method to identify components from cowhide sources in Fuke Zhidai tablets(FZT).METHODS Identification of the components from cowhide sources in FZT was performed by rapid resolution liquid chromatography coupled to triple quadruple mass spectrometry.The characteristic ion pairs of the components from cowhide sources m/z 641.3→726.2 and m/z 641.3→783.3 were as detection ion pairs.The positive electrospray ionization and multiple reaction monitoring were adopted.RESULTS 29 batches of samples were measured.The components from cowhide sources were detected in 6 batches of samples,which indicated cowhide may be used in corresponding batches of FZT.CONCLUSION The methods are highly accurate,specific and reliable,which can be applied to detect the use of the components from cowhide sources in FZT.
