摘　　要：[目的]构建有创机械通气危重患者胃肠功能障碍辨证量表理论框架,为研制有创机械通气危重患者胃肠功能障碍辨证量表提供前期基础及可行性路径。[方法]采用多种抽样方法选取19例专业人员进行半结构化访谈收集资料,运用扎根理论的三级编码方式分析数据,进而构建有创机械通气危重患者胃肠功能障碍辨证量表理论框架。[结果]经过编码分析,最终形成有创机械通气危重患者胃肠功能障碍辨证量表理论框架。该框架由辨证理念及方法、条目规范化、条目获取方式、条目筛选构成。[结论]有创机械通气危重患者胃肠功能障碍辨证量表应基于中医辨证理念及方法,通过条目规范化,综合运用切合临床实际的多种条目获取方式筛选出科学可行的辨病及辨证条目。[Objective]to construct a theoretical framework of gastrointestinal dysfunction syndrome differentiation scale for critically ill patients with invasive mechanical ventilation.[Methods]Data were collected from 19 professionals by semi-structured interviews with multiple sampling methods,and the data were analyzed by three-level coding based on grounded theory,then the theoretical framework of gastrointestinal dysfunction syndrome differentiation scale for critical patients with invasive mechanical ventilation was constructed.[Results]After Coding Analysis,the theoretical framework of the checklist for gastrointestinal dysfunction in critically ill patients with invasive mechanical ventilation was formed,which was composed of the concept and method of differentiation of symptoms and signs,standardization of entries,acquisition mode of entries and selection of entries.[Conclusion]the critical patients with Invasive Mechanical Ventilation Gastrointestinal Dysfunction Syndrome differentiation scale should be standardized based on the concept and method of TCM Syndrome differentiation,the scientific and feasible items for disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation were selected by comprehensive use of various items acquisition methods suitable for clinical practice.
