复方嗜酸乳杆菌联合四联疗法治疗Hp感染型消化性溃疡的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨复方嗜酸乳杆菌联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染型消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法将120例Hp感染型消化性溃疡患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组采用四联疗法,观察组在对照组基础上使用复方嗜酸乳杆菌治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的Hp根除率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的溃疡愈合质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的各项临床症状积分及总分、hs-CRP、IL-8、GAS水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方嗜酸乳杆菌联合四联疗法治疗Hp感染型消化性溃疡效果显著,可有效提高Hp根除率,促进溃疡愈合,改善临床症状,降低炎症因子、胃肠激素水平,且安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of compound Lactobacillus acidophilus combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infected peptic ulcer.Methods A total of 120 patients with Hp infection peptic ulcer were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,and the observation group was treated with compound Lactobacillus acidophilus on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The Hp eradication rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ulcer healing quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom scores and total score,hs-CRP,IL-8 and GAS levels of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Lactobacillus acidophilus combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of Hp infected peptic ulcer has significant effect,it can effectively improve Hp eradication rate,promote ulcer healing,improve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory factors and gastrointestinal hormone levels,and has high safety.
