多排螺旋CT诊断肝血管瘤及肝脏肿瘤的价值

摘　　要：目的分析多排螺旋CT诊断肝血管瘤及肝脏肿瘤的价值。方法选择2016年5月至2019年10月在本院就诊的90例肝脏占位性病变患者为研究对象,均进行多排螺旋CT诊断。以临床病理诊断结果作为参考,判断多排螺旋CT诊断的准确率;按照临床病理诊断结果对患者进行分组,比较各组的相关灌注参数。结果多排螺旋CT诊断准确率为96.67%,与病理检查无显著差异(P>0.05)。占位病灶强化组织的灌注参数比较中,三组的HBF、HBV、HAP、MTT差异显著,肝血管瘤组的TLP高于肝脏转移瘤组、原发性肝癌组(P<0.05)。病灶周围组织的灌注参数比较中,肝血管瘤组的HBF低于肝脏转移瘤组、原发性肝癌组(P<0.05);肝脏转移瘤组的HAP高于肝血管瘤组、原发性肝癌组(P<0.05)。结论多排螺旋CT对肝血管瘤及肝脏肿瘤具有较高的诊断准确性和鉴别诊断价值。Objective To analyze the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of liver hemangioma and liver tumor.Methods From May 2016 to October 2019,90 patients with liver space-occupying lesions treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects.All patients were diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT.With the clinical pathological diagnosis results as a reference,the accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis was determined.The patients were grouped according to the clinical pathological diagnosis results,and the relevant perfusion parameters of each group were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of multi-slice spiral CT was 96.67%,which was not significantly different from pathological examination(P>0.05).In the comparison of the perfusion parameters of the enhancement tissues of the occupying lesions,the HBF,HBV,HAP and MTT of the three groups were significantly different,the TLP of the liver hemangioma group was higher than that of the liver metastasis group and primary liver tumor group(P<0.05).In the comparison of the perfusion parameters of the tissues around the lesion,the HBF of the liver hemangioma group was lower than that of the liver metastasis group and the primary liver tumor group(P<0.05);the HAP of the liver metastasis group was higher than that of the liver hemangioma group and primary liver tumor group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT has higher diagnostic accuracy and differential diagnosis value for liver hemangioma and liver tumor.
