摘 要:目的研究超声波辅助提取榅桲子总三萜的工艺优化及其对DPPH·自由基清除作用。方法基于单因素试验结果,采用响应面法以料液比、提取温度和提取时间为影响因素,总三萜提取量为响应值,筛选最佳提取工艺;通过体外清除DPPH·自由基实验评价榅桲子三萜的抗氧化活性。结果榅桲子总三萜最佳提取条件为:料液比1∶20(g∶mL)、提取时间40 min、提取温度41℃,在此条件下榅桲子总三萜含量为72.32 mg/g。当榅桲子总三萜浓度为3 mg/mL时,对DPPH·的清除率为70.47%。结论本提取工艺操作简便,稳定可行,适用于榅桲子总三萜的提取,榅桲子总三萜具有较好的抗氧化活性。Objective The ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of total triterpenes in Cydonia oblongs seeds and its scavenging effect on DPPH.Methods Based on the single factor test results,the response surface method was used to select the best extraction process with the material-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time as the influencing factors,and the total triterpene extraction amount as the response value.Evaluation of antioxidant activity of triterpenes in Cydonia oblonga seeds by in vitro DPPH·free radical scavenging experiment.Results The optimal conditions as follows:the solid/liquid ratio is 1∶20(g∶mL),the extraction time is 40 min,the extraction temperature is 41℃.Under the optimal condition,the content of total triterpenes was 72.32 mg/g.When the concentration of total triterpenes was 3 mg/mL,the removal rate of DPPH·could be up to 70.47%.The antioxidant activity was increased with the increasing of the content of total triterpenes.Conclusion The extraction process is simple,stable and feasible,and is suitable for the extraction of the total triterpenes in Cydonia oblonga seeds.The total triterpenes of Cydonia oblonga seeds has good antioxidant activity.
