畲族人群颅面结构的发育特征及性别差异的头影测量研究

摘　　要：目的获得畲族正常未成年人与成人的头影测量结果,并研究分析其颅面骨骼发育特征及性别差异.方法选择浙江丽水地区正常及个别正常畲族未成年男女共200例、成年男女共200例,拍摄X线头颅定位侧位片,进行头影测量分析.结果获得畲族未成年男女、成年男女正常头影测量的正常参考值,并对其进行生长发育特征研究及性别差异分析,得出畲族人群颅面结构生长发育表现为向前、向下生长,下颌骨发育趋势较上颌骨显著,下颌骨可见明显的矢状及垂直向发育,Y轴角显著增大(P<0.01),下颌平面角(MP-SN)减小(P<0.05),伴有逆时针旋转,面型趋于直面型;未成年组女性较男性下颌平面角(MP-SN)显著增加(P<0.05);成年组女性面角、下颌平面角均较成年男性显著增加(P<0.05),上下切牙角小于男性(P<0.05).结论建立畲族正常未成年人及成年人不同性别的多项头影测量项目的正常值范围及标准差,并得出畲族人群颅面骨骼发育的特征及性别差异.Objective To investigate the clinical normal values of juveniles and adults with normal occlusions of She Nationality in Zhejiang Lishui area,and to study the craniofacial growth pattern and gender differences.Methods 200 juveniles and 200 adults of She with normal occlusion were recruited to take lateral cephalometric radiographs,and cephalometric analysis were carried out.Results The normal values of She juveniles and adults with different genders were obtained.The study evidenced changes in mandibular in the vertical and sagittal dimensions,with apparent increased Y-axis(P<0.01).MP-SN decreased significantly(P<0.05),which means mandibular contrarotation.Maxilla growth in the sagittal dimensions was less obvious,and resulted in orthognathous face.Sex differences were apparent both in juveniles and adults.For juveniles,the value of MP-SN of girls was larger than that of boys(P<0.05).But for adults,the values of Convexity and MP-SN of adult women were apparently larger those of adult men(P<0.05),and U1-L1 of women were less(P<0.05).Conclusion The results provide gender-sorted reference cephalometric values for juveniles and adults of She Nationality,and show gender differences,as well as craniofacial growth patterns.
