中药治疗三阴乳腺癌的系统评价

摘　　要：目的系统评价中医药治疗三阴乳腺癌的疗效。方法系统、全面检索国内外相关数据库,检索日期截止到2017年4月30日。纳入中医药治疗三阴乳腺癌的随机对照试验(RCT),采用国际公认的评价标准对纳入试验的质量包括随机化、分配隐藏、盲法、退出与失访进行评价,进而对疗效进行系统评价。结果共纳入9项RCT(735例患者)。其中,4项RCT结果表明中药在提高患者总生存率发面有优势,4项RCT结果表明中药在提高患者无病生存率发面有优势,5项RCT结果表明中药提高了乳腺癌患者KPS评分,7项RCT结果表明中药在降低复发率发面有优势。结论中医药治疗三阴乳腺癌疗效方面存在优势,但需要进一步大样本严格设计的临床试验给予证实。Objective Traditional Chinese medicine has been widely used as an adjunctive therapy for triple-negative breast cancer,while its efficacy remains unexplored.The purpose of the study was to assess the therapeutic effect of triple-negative breast cancer by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Seven major electronic databases were searched for papers published in Chinese and English prior to April 2017 to retrieve potential randomized controlled trials.Two reviewers independently identified articles,extracted data,assessed quality,and crossly checked the results.Revman 5.3 was used was for data analyses.Results Totally 9 RCTs(735 patients) were incorporated.Four RCTs showed that traditional Chinese medicine had advantage on improving overall survival.Four RCTs showed that traditional Chinese medicine had advantage on improving disease-free survival,five RCTs showed that Chinese herbal medicine had advantage in improving KPS score and seven RCTs showed that traditional Chinese medicine had advantage on reducing the recurrence rate.Conclusion This review shows that traditional Chinese medicine is effective on treating triple-negative breast cancer.However,more high-quality studies with larger samples are required to provide stronger evidence.
