韩捷从痰瘀论治隆起糜烂性胃炎经验

摘　　要：隆起糜烂性胃炎又叫疣状胃炎,常伴有肠上皮化生或不典型性增生,甚则是具有癌变倾向的特殊类型胃炎,随着现代生活压力的增加及饮食结构的改变,发病率越来越高。但其病因和发病机制尚不清楚,亦无明确有效的治疗方法。故利用中医辨证论治的优势,从中医方面阐明其病因病机,确定有效的治则治法尤为重要。韩捷教授认为,此病多为饮食不节加之情志不调,使脾胃升降失调,水谷运化失常,气血津液运行不畅,以致化瘀成痰,久而固结胃腑。在"坚者消之"的中医治则理论的指导下,韩捷教授从痰瘀论治隆起糜烂性胃炎在临床中取得显著疗效。Raised erosive gastritis,also known as verrucous gastritis,is often associated with intestinal metaplasia or atypical hyperplasia,and is even a special type of gastritis with a tendency to become cancerous.With the increasing stress of modern life and changes in dietary structure,the incidence is increasing.However,its etiology and pathogenesis are not clearand there is not clear and effective treatment method in western medicine.Therefore,through identifying patterns and taking treatment advantage of TCM,it is very important to clarify the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease anddetermine the effective treatment principle from TCM.Professor HAN Jie thinks the disease is caused by exogenous evils or unhealthy diet or unadjusted emotions,which makes the spleen and stomach dysfunction and the abnormal water transportation,resulting in dampness and heat obstruction,and even phlegm after a long time.Under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine treatment principle of eliminating the hard mass,Professor HAN treats erosive gastritis from phlegm and blood stasis in clinical practice and has obtained significant curative effect.
