摘　　要：综述中医药治疗老年痴呆的临床研究概况。老年痴呆是一种呈进行性,不断加重的神经系统衰退性疾病,主要以记忆力、语言表达能力、计算力、日常生活能力减退及情感、行为异常为主要临床表现的疾病,其主要病机为脏腑亏虚、痰浊瘀血阻塞清窍。现代医学在治疗老年痴呆方面取得了一定疗效,但存在不良反应大和长期效果不明显的问题。近年来中医学依据其独特的治疗理念,采用中医学整体观和辨证论治的诊疗理念获得了良好的临床疗效,其主要治疗措施包括中药复方、针灸、中西医结合、中药注射液以及经络刮疗、耳穴等。现将中医药治疗老年痴呆的临床应用综述如下。It is a review of the clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of senile dementia.Senile dementiais a progressive,progressively degenerative disease of the nervous system.It is mainly characterized by decreased memory,language expression,computational power and daily living ability,and emotional and behavioral abnormalities.The main pathogenesis isinsufficient Zang-Fu organsand phlegm and blood stasis obstructing cerebral orifice.Modern medicine has achieved certain effects in the treatment of senile dementia,but it has the problems of serious side effects and long-term effects are not obvious.In recent years,according to its unique treatment concept,Chinese medicine has obtained good clinical results by adopting the concept of holistic view and syndrome differentiation.The main treatment measures include traditional Chinese medicine compound,acupuncture and moxibustion,Chinese and Western medicine combination,traditional Chinese medicine injection and meridian massage,ear acupoint and so on.The clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of senile dementia is summarized as follows.
