摘　　要：针对目前中医虚证与现代医学在慢性、消耗性疾病发生、发展与转归上的理论对接差异问题。撷取固有免疫Toll样受体(TLRs)与中医学正气在应对疾病发生时的功能相似性为理论基础,对目前固有免疫TLRs通路、中医正气与中医虚证的相关研究文献进行爬梳;选取近5年的相关文献,以TLRs构成及相关信号通路、中医虚证与免疫的相关性、TLRs与中医虚证的发生、发展、转归的关联性为切入点综述。尝试梳理出更加符合中西对接期望的理论抓手。提出在五脏虚证的发生、发展转归过程中,以TLRs作为连接媒介,透视中医古典思维概念,消解其与现代科学研究的理论壁垒界限并进行新的理论建构与展望,有利于中西不同视角的融合,有助于更加深入地了解疾病发生、发展机制,为疾病的治疗与后期研究的深入构建理论基础。Focusing onthe differences of TCM deficiency syndrome and modern medicine in the occurrence,development and outcome of chronic and expendable diseases,we based on the theory of functional similarity between innate immune TLRs and TCM Qi in coping with disease,this paper combed the relevant research literature of innate immune TLRs pathway TCM Qi and TCM deficiency syndrome.Furthermore,looking through later 5 years researches,TLRs composition and related signaling pathways,correlation between TCM deficiency syndrome and immunity,TLRs and the occurrence,development and outcome of TCM deficiency syndrome were reviewed.We tried to sort out a theoretical grip that was more in line with the expectations of Chinese and Western.At last,in the procedure of the occurrence and development of the deficiency syndrome of the five Zang-Fu organs,the author put forward that taking TLRs as the connecting medium,the concept of classical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,the boundary of theoretical barriers between it and modern scientific research,and the new theory construction and prospect are beneficial to the integration of different perspectives between China and the West,the mechanism of disease occurrence and development,and the theoretical basis for the treatment and later research of disease.
