摘　　要：类风湿关节炎是一种常见的对称性、多关节炎为主要临床表现的慢性、系统性自身免疫性疾病。病理表现为关节滑膜的异常增生,侵袭关节,最终导致关节畸形及功能丧失。中医学把此病归属于痹证范畴,后世医家因其病程缠绵,病情迁延不愈,病势深重称之为"顽痹""尪痹"。金明秀教授总结了类风湿关节炎患者共性致病及迁延不愈的原因,认为肾虚是类风湿关节炎的根本致病原因,以肿胀变形为临床表现的症状,往往是湿浊、瘀血的结果,同时湿浊及瘀血也是本病迁延反复的重要原因,因此,在治疗过程中提出肾虚-湿瘀痹阻的证型分类,运用补肾化湿祛瘀法治疗类风湿关节炎,临床疗效显著。Rheumatoid arthritis is a common symmetrical,multi-arthritis as the main clinical manifestation of chronic,systemic autoimmune disease. The pathological features are abnormal hyperplasia of synovium,invasion of joints,and eventually joint deformity and loss of function. The disease belongs to the category of arthralgia syndrome in traditional chinese medicine. Later doctors call it"stubborn arthralgia"and"arthralgia"because of their lingering course of disease. Professor JIN Mingxiu summed up the common causes of rheumatoid arthritis patients and the causes of prolonged non-healing,that kidney deficiency is the root cause of rheumatoid arthritis,swelling and deformation as a clinical manifestation of symptoms,often wet turbidity,blood stasis. Therefore,in the course of treatment,the syndrome type classification of kidney deficiency and dampness stasis obstruction was put forward,and the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis was treated kidney and removing dampness and removing blood stasis was effective.
