基于家长心理的延续性护理对早产儿出院后生长发育的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于家长心理的延续性护理对出院后早产儿生长发育的影响。方法2018年12月至2019年5月的100例早产儿进入对照组,采用常规延续性护理。2019年6~11月的100例早产儿进入观察组,采用基于家长心理的延续性护理。观察早产儿生长发育相关指标,比较两组差异。结果两组干预前各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组干预后的早产儿体格发育〔身长(63.08±1.72)cm、头围(41.03±1.12)cm、体重(7.08±0.25)kg〕、神经心理发育〔总发育商(78.14±7.10)分〕及家长护理满意度〔总分(86.61±10.47)分〕均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于家长心理的延续性护理对出院后早产儿生长发育具有较好的促进作用,可显著提高家长满意度。Objective To explore the influence of parental psychology-based continuous nursing on the growth and development of premature infants after discharge from hospital.Methods From December 2018 to May 2019,100 premature infants were admitted to the control group and received conventional continuing nursing care.From June to November 2019,100 premature infants were admitted to the observation group and received continuing nursing care based on parental psychology.The growth and development indexes of premature infants were observed and compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the indicators before intervention(P>0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of physical development of premature infants〔height(63.08±1.72)cm,head circumference(41.03±1.12)cm,body weight(7.08±0.25)kg〕,neuropsychological development〔total developmental quotient(78.14±7.10)points,and parental care satisfaction〔total score(86.61±10.47)points〕,all of which were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuing nursing based on parents'psychology can promote the growth and development of premature infants after discharge,and can significantly improve parents'satisfaction.
