微创泪点成形术及泪小管塞治疗泪点狭窄或闭锁的效果

摘　　要：目的评估显微镜下微创泪点成形术及泪小管塞治疗泪点狭窄或闭锁的临床效果。方法前瞻性研究。对2017年1月至2019年1月在成都爱迪眼科医院诊断为泪点狭窄或闭锁19例(30眼),行显微镜下微创泪点成形术及泪小管塞,观察手术效果和并发症。结果术后随访3~6个月,泪点开口通畅,泪道冲洗通畅,无溢泪者26眼,治愈率86.67%;泪点开口通畅,泪道冲洗通畅,溢泪症状减轻者3眼。总有效率96.67%(29/30)。未出现严重并发症。结论显微镜下微创泪点成形术及泪小管塞置入治疗泪点狭窄或闭锁,手术操作精准、简便,疗效良好。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive punctoplasty with lacrimal canalicular plug implantation under microscope for the treatment of lacrimal punctum stenosis or atresia.Methods This was a prospective study.Total of 30 eyes of 19 patients with lacrimal canalicular stenosis or atresia from Jan.2017 to Jan.2019 in Chengdu Aidi Eye Hospital were collected.All cases received minimally invasive punctoplasty with lacrimal canalicular plug implantation under microscopy,and the efficacy and complication were observed.Results The follow-up time was 3-6 months after operation.There were 26 eyes with unobstructed lacrimal punctum opening,lacrimal passage irrigation and without symptoms of epiphora.The cure rate was 86.67%(26/30).The opening of lacrimal punctum was unobstructed,the irrigation of lacrimal passage was unobstructed,and the symptoms of epiphora were alleviated in 3 eyes.The total effective rate was 96.67%(29/30).No serious complication occurred.Conclusion Minimally invasive punctoplasty with lacrimal canalicular plug implantation under microscope is a safe and effective method for the treatment of lacrimal punctual stenosis or atresia.
