摘  要:目的探讨枸杞多糖(LBP)对大鼠肝纤维化的免疫调节作用。方法健康的Wistar大鼠18只,5-6月龄,体重200g-280g,本研究采用四氯化碳(CCl4)腹腔注射的方法制备大鼠肝纤维化模型。实验采用随机分组,分为对照组、模型组和治疗组各6只。治疗组:大鼠经LBP灌胃治疗,以30μg/g体质量灌胃LBP,每天1次,共15天;模型组和对照组:大鼠给予等剂量的生理盐水灌胃,每天1次,共15天。检测各组大鼠外周血中IL-1、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-a等细胞因子水平的变化;用比色法测定各组肝组织中的羟铺氨酸的含量。结果治疗组大鼠外周血中IL-1、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-a等细胞因子水平、肝组织中的羟铺氨酸的含量与模型组相比其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论LBP可调节肝纤维化进程微环境从而延缓肝脏纤维化进程。Objective To investigate the immune regulation of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide on liver fibrosis in rats.Methods Eighteen healthy Wistar rats,5-6 months old and weighing 200 g-280 g,were injected intraperitoneally with carbon tetrachloride(CCl4).The experiment was randomly divided into 3 groups:control group,model group and treatment group,6 rats in each group.Treatment group:rats were treated with LBP,30μg/g LBP,once a day for 15 days.Model group and control group:rats were given the same dose of saline once a day for 15 days.the levels of IL-1,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-a and other cytokines in peripheral blood of rats in each group were detected;the content of hydroxytryptophan in liver tissue of each group was determined by colorimetry.Results Compared with the model group,the level of IL-1,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-a and the content of HPA in liver tissue in the treatment group were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Lycium barbarum polysaccharide can regulate the microenvironment of liver fibrosis and delay the process of liver fibrosis.
