摘　　要：目的探讨SYNM蛋白在大肠癌中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法收集20例大肠癌组织标本,采用二维色谱-质谱联用技术检测分析组织标本,筛选出大肠癌及癌旁组织中差异表达的SYNM蛋白,并用免疫印迹法验证结果。结果二维色谱-质谱联用技术结果显示SYNM蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达水平低于癌旁组织,免疫印迹实验确认结果的准确性。结论SYNM蛋白在大肠癌组织中的低表达可能与大肠癌发生、发展有着密切关系。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of SYNM in colorectal cancer.Methods Collect samples of 20 patients with colorectal cancer,using two-dimensional Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry technology to find differentially-expressed protein peaks including SYNM in colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent tissues,and then confirm the accuracy by western blot.Results Identifications by two-dimensional Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry technology showed that SYNM in colorectal cancer tissues was lower than that in adjacent tissues,and which was tested by westernblot.Conclusion the low expression of SYNM may have close relationship with oncogenesis and progression of colorectal cancer.
