摘 要:目的初步对比分析1.5T与3.0T MRI在初诊鼻咽癌放疗前的应用价值。方法回顾性分析59例初诊鼻咽癌患者临床及影像资料,按MRI设备相应分为1.5T组(41例)和3.0T组(18例),对比分析2组MRI图像质量、病灶显示、放疗前定位等功能并记录相应分值,非参资料组间比较采用卡方检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果2组图像均能满足诊断需求。图像质量、病灶显示组间比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);但1.5T的放疗定位功能优于3.0T(P<0.05)。结论1.5T和3.0T MRI均适用于鼻咽癌检查,但1.5T的放疗定位功能优于3.0T,应根据需求进行合理选择。Objective To comparatively analyze the application value of 1.5T and 3.0T MRI before radiotherapy for newly diagnosed nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods The clinical and imaging data of 59 newly diagnosed nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into 1.5T group(41 cases)and 3.0T group(18 cases)according to MRI equipment.And other functions and record the corresponding scores for comparative analysis.Comparison between non-parameter data groups was made by chi-square test,P<0.05,there was statistically significant difference.Results Both groups of images can meet the diagnostic needs.There was no statistical difference in image quality and lesion display between groups(P>0.05),but the 1.5T radiotherapy localization function was better than 3.0T(P<0.05).Conclusion Both 1.5T and 3.0T MRI are suitable for examination of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,but the radiotherapy localization function of 1.5T is better than 3.0T,which should be reasonably selected according to demand.
