多西他赛/长春瑞滨联合顺铂对老年非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较多西他赛/长春瑞滨联合顺铂对老年非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效。方法选取64例老年非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象,将其根据治疗方法分为对照组(长春瑞滨联合顺铂组)和观察组(多西他赛联合顺铂组),每组各32例,然后将两组患者中不同分期的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率及治疗前后的血清肿瘤标志物水平、生存质量评分进行比较。结果观察组中不同分期者的总有效率均高于对照组,血清肿瘤标志物水平低于对照组,生存质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),但两组不良反应发生率方面无差异(P>0.05)。结论多西他赛联合顺铂在老年非小细胞肺癌患者中的应用价值相对更高。Objective To compare the application value of docetaxel/vinorelbine combined with cisplatin in elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 64 elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer were selected as research object,and they were divided into the control group(vinorelbine combined with cisplatin)and the observation group(docetaxel combined with cisplatin group)with 32 cases in each group according to the differences of treatment methods,then the total effective rate at different stages,incidence of adverse reactions and serum tumor makers,recurrence and metastasis indexes,life quality scores before and after the treatment of the 2 groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group at different stages were higher than those of control group,serum tumor makers after the treatment were all lower than those of control group,life quality scores were higher than those of control group,all P<0.05,while the incidence of adverse reactions of the 2 groups had no significant differences,all P>0.05.Conclusion The application value of docetaxel combined with cisplatin in elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer is higher.
