经导管动脉化疗栓塞术在婴幼儿肝母细胞瘤治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在婴幼儿肝母细胞瘤治疗中经导管动脉化疗栓塞术的应用价值。方法选择40例婴幼儿肝母细胞瘤患儿为研究对象,同时采用随机分组方法分为对照组与观察组(对照组患者为Ⅰ期手术组,观察组患者为经导管动脉化疗栓塞术联合手术组),每组各20例。对两组患者的手术时间、出血量、切除组织重量、创伤应激指标与手术前后的生活质量评分等进行统计,比较两组治疗效果的差异。结果与对照组相比,观察组的手术时间明显缩短、出血量少、切除组织重量轻、创伤应激指标水平低,而且生活质量评分较高,组间结果比较差异显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对婴幼儿肝母细胞瘤治疗中采用经导管动脉化治疗栓塞术,具有较好的应用价值并有助于后期手术治疗,同时可以提高患儿的生存质量,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application value of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in the treatment of infantile hepatoblastoma.Methods A total of 40 infants with hepatoblastoma were randomly divided into 2 groups:the control group and the observation group(the control group was stageⅠoperation group,the observation group was transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with operation group)each group contained 20 patients.The operation time,total blood loss,resected tissue’s weight,trauma stress index and life quality score were recored and analyzed before and after surgery so as to compare the difference between the 2 groups.Results comparing to the control group,patients in the conservation group had shorter operation time,less blood loss,less resected tissue’s weight,lower level of traumatic stress,and higher quality of life score.The results were significantly different between 2 groups and showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in the treatment of hepatoblastoma in infants and young children qualified with high application value by releasing the surgical burden and improving patients’life quality.It is worthwhile to be popularized in clinical practice.
