乳腺癌超声特征与病理、分子生物学指标的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究乳腺癌超声特征与病理、分子生物学指标的相关性。方法对123例乳腺癌患者的临床资料进行统计分析。结果肿块直径≥2 cm、肿块内血流丰富、有高回声晕、毛刺征、淋巴转移患者的PR、ER、P53阳性率分别显著高于肿块直径<2 cm、肿块内血流不丰富、无高回声晕、毛刺征、淋巴转移患者(P<0.05),有后房衰竭患者ER阳性率显著高于无后房衰竭患者(P<0.05);肿块直径≥2 cm、肿块内血流丰富患者的Ki67阳性率分别显著高于肿块直径<2 cm、肿块内血流不丰富患者(P<0.05);有微小钙化、淋巴转移患者的CerbB-2阳性率分别显著高于无微小钙化、淋巴转移患者(P<0.05),有后房衰竭患者的CerbB-2阳性率显著低于无后房衰竭患者(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌超声特征与病理、分子生物学指标显著相关。Objective To study the correlation between the ultrasonic characteristics of breast cancer and the pathological and molecular biological indexes.Methods The clinical data of 123 breast cancer patients were analyzed.Results the positive rates of PR,ER and p53 in patients with mass diameter≥2cm,rich blood flow,hyperechoic halo,hairpin sign and lymph metastasis were significantly higher than those in patients with mass diameter<2cm,poor blood flow,no hyperechoic halo,hairpin sign and lymph metastasis(P<0.05).The positive rates of ER in patients with posterior chamber failure were significantly higher than those in patients without posterior chamber failure(P<0.05)The positive rate of Ki67 in patients with≥2cm and rich blood flow in the mass was significantly higher than that in patients with<2cm and less blood flow in the mass(P<0.05);the positive rate of CerbB-2 in patients with microcalcification and lymphatic metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients without microcalcification and lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05),and the positive rate of CerbB-2 in patients with posterior chamber failure was significantly lower than that in patients without posterior chamber failure(P<0.05).Conclusion The ultrasonic characteristics of breast cancer are significantly correlated with pathological and molecular biological indexes.
