摘 要:目的研究3D打印等效组织固定面罩技术在放射治疗中对表浅部肿瘤剂量的影响。方法随机抽取放疗中需要提高表面剂量的患者20例,分别使用Klarity商用固定面罩和3D打印等效组织固定面罩设计放疗计划,比较不同固定面罩对表浅部肿瘤放疗剂量的影响。结果使用3D打印等效组织固定面罩的计划与商用固定面罩的计划比较:靶区D95PTV、HI、CI差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同一种肿瘤计划:3D打印面罩计划5000 cGy所包绕的PTV体积为95%,达到肿瘤的处方剂量;商用面罩计划5000 cGy所包绕的PTV体积为84%,远低于肿瘤处方剂量。结论3D打印等效组织固定面罩技术在表浅肿瘤的放疗中,能更好地减少空气间隙,提升肿瘤表浅剂量。Objective To study the effect of 3D printing equivalent tissue fixed mask on the dose of superficial tumor in radiotherapy.Design radiotherapy plan with 3D printing equivalent tissue fixed mask for patients.Methods Randomly select 20 patients who need to increase the superficial dose,The plan does not use 3D printing equivalent tissue fixed masks,Another plan use 3D printing equivalent tissue fixed masks.Results Comparison of plans to use 3D printing equivalent tissue fixed masks with plans to use commercial fixed masks:D95PTV,HI,and CI had significant difference(P<0.05).The same tumor plan:The volume of PTV in the 3D printing mask planning 5000 cGy was 95%,reach the prescribed dose of tumor;The volume of PTV covered by general mask planning 5000 cGy was 84%,far lower than the prescribed dose of tumor.Conclusion The 3D printing equivalent tissue fixed mask technology in radiotherapy of superficial tumor,can better reduce air gap,and increase dose of tumor significantly.
