摘　　要：目的观察盐酸替罗非班联合肌氨肽苷治疗进展性脑梗死的疗效及对患者神经功能、应激水平及凝血指标的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2018年9月本院收治的80例进展性脑梗死患者,采用简单随机法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予肌氨肽苷治疗,观察组给予盐酸替罗非班联合氨肽苷治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、神经功能情况、应激因子、凝血功能指标水平及不良反应发生率。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率、BI评分、PT、APTT及AT-Ⅲ水平显著升高,NIHSS评分、Hcy、IL-6及CRP水平显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义。结论盐酸替罗非班联合肌氨肽苷治疗进展性脑梗死效果显著,可明显改善患者神经功能和血液高凝状态,提高生活能力,减轻体内应激水平,安全性高。Objective To observe the curative effect of tirofiban hydrochloride combined with muscular amino acids and nucleosides on progressive cerebral infarction(PCI)and its influences on nerve function,stress level and coagulation indexes.Methods 80 PCI patients who were admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to September 2018 were enrolled.They were divided into control group and observation group by simple random method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with muscular amino acids and nucleosides,while observation group was treated with tirofiban hydrochloride combined with muscular amino acids and nucleosides.The curative effect,nerve function,stress factors,coagulation function indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,total response rate of treatment,BI score,PT,APTT and AT-III level in the observation group were significantly increased,while NIHSS score,Hcy,IL-6 and CRP levels were significantly decreased in observation group(P<0.05).The difference in adverse reactions rate between the two groups was not statistically significant.Conclusion The curative effect of tirofiban hydrochloride combined with muscular amino acids and nucleosides is significant on PCI.It can significantly improve nerve function,blood hypercoagulability and life ability,and reduce stress level in the body,with high safety.
