血清胆红素、血尿酸及血清白蛋白水平与帕金森病的临床相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血清胆红素、血尿酸及血清白蛋白与帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)的临床相关性。方法回顾性分析本院2013年12月至2018年12月收治的101例PD患者的临床资料,设为PD组,根据疾病严重程度将PD组分为早期组(n=46)和中晚期组(n=55),根据性别将PD组分为男性组(n=55)和女性组(n=46),并选取同期在本院体检健康者97名设为对照组。分析血清胆红素、血尿酸及血清白蛋白水平与帕金森病的相关性。结果PD组与对照组血尿酸水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血清胆红素、血清白蛋白水平比较差异无统计学意义;早期组与中晚期组除年龄外其他各项指标比较差异均无统计学意义;男性组年龄、血尿酸水平明显高于女性组,血清白蛋白水平明显低于女性组(P<0.05);疾病严重程度与血清白蛋白水平呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血尿酸水平与PD存在相关性,血清白蛋白与PD病情的严重程度相关,血清胆红素水平与PD无显著相关性。Objective To investigate the clinical correlation among serum bilirubin,serum uric acid and serum albumin and Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods The clinical data of 101 PD patients admitted to our hospital from December 2013 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the severity of the disease,the PD group was divided into the early group(n=46)and the middle-late group(n=55).The PD group was divided into the male group(n=55)and the female group(n=46)according to the gender.97 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The correlation among serum bilirubin,serum uric acid and serum albumin levels and Parkinson's disease was analyzed.Results The difference of serum uric acid level was statistically significant between the PD group and the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum bilirubin and serum albumin between the two groups.There was no significant difference between the early group and the middle-late group except age.The age and the serum uric acid levels of the male group were significantly higher than those of the female group,and the serum albumin levels were significantly lower than those of the female group(P<0.05).The severity of the disease was negatively correlated with the level of serum albumin,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum uric acid level is correlated with PD,serum albumin is correlated with the severity of PD,and serum bilirubin level is not significantly correlated with PD.
