摘　　要：目的探讨vitapex糊剂根充的根管治疗术在牙周牙髓联合病变治疗中的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2018年6月本院收治的牙周牙髓联合病变患者82例(96颗患牙),按照患者意愿分为对照组与观察组,每组41例(48颗患牙)。应用K锉实施根管预备,超声波冲洗后,根管内封药7~10 d,待临床症状完全消失,为患者实施根管填充治疗。对照组应用常规氧化锌丁香油糊剂进行根管填充,观察组应用vitapex糊剂进行根管填充,比较两组治疗前后牙周探诊深度(PDD)、临床附着水平(CAL)、根尖周指数(PAI)以及临床疗效。结果治疗前两组PDD、CAL与PAI比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后观察组PDD、CAL与PAI低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论vitapex糊剂根充的根管治疗术可明显改善牙周牙髓联合病变患者相关牙周指数,提升疾病治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of root-tube treatment with vapip paste root filling on the treatment of periodontal pulp combined with lesions.Methods 82 patients(96 affected teeth)with combined periodontal pulp disease admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were selected and they were divided into control group and observation group according to patients'wishes,with 41 case(48 affected teeth)in each group.K file was used to prepare the root canal.After ultrasonic rinsing,the root canal was sealed for 7-10 days.After the clinical symptoms completely disappeared,the patient was treated with root canal filling.The control group was filled with conventional zinc oxide clove oil paste,while the observation group was filled with VitAPEX paste.The periodontal probing depth(PDD),clinical attachment level(CAL),periapical index(PAI)and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in PDD,CAL and PAI between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,PDD,CAL and PAI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The root canal treatment of vapip paste root filling can significantly improve the periodontal index of patients with periodontal pulp combined disease and improve the treatment effect of the disease.
