摘　　要：腹膜恶性间皮瘤(peritoneal malignant mesothelioma,PMM)是原发于腹膜脏层和壁层的恶性肿瘤,病因病机尚未完全阐明,发病隐匿,约占所有腹膜间皮瘤的20%,临床表现无特异性,误诊率极高,且恶性程度高,预后较差,对该病的诊断方法及治疗方法目前仍无明确的共识及指南意见,目前多主张以手术为主,术前术后放疗、化疗的综合治疗,本文对该病的研究进展情况进行简要综述,旨在为临床提供一定的参考。Peritoneal malignant instance(PMM)is the primary peritoneal dirty layer and the wall of the rare malignant tumor,etiology and pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated,concealment,accounts for about 20%of all peritoneal mesothelioma,nonspecific clinical performance,the misdiagnosis rate is extremely high,and high malignant degree and poor prognosis.The diagnosis and treatment of the disease is still no clear consensus and guidelines,now many claims is given priority to with surgery.The comprehensive treatment of preoperative and postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy.This paper summarized the research progress of this disease in order to provide certain reference for clinical practice.
