摘　　要：目的探讨食管鳞状细胞癌(esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,ESCC)患者术后外周血中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、淋巴细胞/单核细胞比值(LMR)对ESCC预后的临床意义。方法回顾性分析126例行食管癌根治术的ESCC患者和62例健康体检者的血常规结果:外周血白细胞数目(WBC)、中性粒细胞数目(Neu)、淋巴细胞数目(Lym)、单核细胞数目(Mon)等指标,计算中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、淋巴细胞/单核细胞比值(LMR)。结果观察组与健康组比较,白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分率(NEUTR)、淋巴细胞百分率(LYR)、NLR的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组病情稳定患者NLR值明显低于复发转移患者(P<0.05),LMR值明显高于复发转移患者(P<0.05)。结论外周血NLR、LMR指标可能是ESCC患者生存预后的一种危险因子。Objective To explore the clinical significance of patients’postoperative peripheral blood neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and lymphocyte/monocyte ratio(LMR)to the prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients.Methods The blood routine results of 126 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma undergoing radical esophagectomy and 62 healthy patients were retrospective analyzed,including number of peripheral blood leukocytes(WBC),neutrophils(Neu),lymphocytes(Lym),monocytes(Mon)and other indicators.The neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR),lymphocyte/monocyte ratio(LMR)were calculated.Results Compared with healthy group,there were no significant differences in WBC,neutrophil percentage(NEUTR),lymphocyte percentage(LYR)and NLR of observation group(P>0.05).The NLR value of the patients with stable condition in observation group was significantly lower than that of relapsed and metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05),and the LMR value was significantly higher than that in patients with relapsed and metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion Peripheral blood NLR and LMR indicators may be a risk factor for the survival prognosis of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
