益气解毒方联合化疗治疗晚期三阴乳腺癌患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨益气解毒方联合化疗治疗晚期三阴乳腺癌患者的效果。方法选取2018年6月~2019年6月江西省肿瘤医院收治的56例晚期三阴乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(28例)与研究组(28例)。对照组患者应用常规化疗方案,研究组患者在此基础上应用中药益气解毒方。比较两组患者的近期疗效、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+)水平、血清肿瘤标志物[癌抗原125(CA125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、癌抗原153(CA153)]、生活质量评分和不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为85.71%,高于对照组的53.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后,研究组患者的CD8^+水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的CEA、CA125与CA153水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的KPS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的血小板减少、白细胞减少、恶心呕吐、脱发的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气解毒方与化疗联合应用于晚期三阴乳腺癌患者中疗效确切,可以有效提高其免疫功能,抑制肿瘤标志物,强化生活质量,缓解不良反应,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Jiedu Recipe combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced triple-negative breast cancer.Methods Fifty-six patients with advanced triple-negative breast cancer admitted to Jiangxi Provincial Cancer Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(28 cases)and research group(28 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with routine chemotherapy,while the research group was treated with Yiqi Jiedu Recipe on the basis of control group.The short-term efficacy,T lymphocyte subsets(including CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+),serum tumor markers(cancer antigen 125[CA125],carcinoembryonic antigen[CEA],cancer antigen 153[CA153]),quality of life scores and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was 85.71%,which was higher than that in the control group accounting for 53.57%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+in the research group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The level of CD8+in the research group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CEA,CA125 and CA153 in the research group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).After treatment,KPS score of the research group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of thrombocytopenia,leukopenia,nausea,vomiting and alopecia in the research group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Jiedu Recipe combined with chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of patients with advanced triple-negative breast cancer,which can effectively improve immune function,inhibit tumor markers,strengthen quality of life,and i
