摘　　要：仪器设备是高校教学、科研创新活动必备的基本工具,尤其对科研型院校,仪器设备的管理、维护、功能开发等,更是直接关系到科研工作的正常开展。本文结合仪器设备管理的工作体会,探讨当前高校仪器设备管理中存在的不足之处,并针对学校职能部门、二级管理部门及实验技术人员本身提出工作建议,以期三管齐下,从根本上提高仪器设备管理水平和利用率。Instruments and equipments are essential tools for teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities.Especially for scientific research institutions,the management,maintenance,and new feature development of instruments and equipments are directly related to the normal progress of scientific research.Based on the working experience,the shortcomings of current instrument and equipment management are discussed,and some suggestions for school function department,the secondary management department and the laboratory technician are put forward.It is hoped that the three-pronged approach will fundamentally improve the management level and utilization efficiency of instruments and equipments.
