转录因子21与KiSS-1转移抑制基因在结直肠癌中的表达及相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析结直肠癌中转录因子21 (TCF21)与KiSS-1转移抑制基因(KISS1)在结直肠癌中的表达及相关性。方法应用免疫组化法检测71例结直肠癌原发灶及相应癌旁正常组织中TCF21与KISS1的表达情况,并分析其与临床特征的关系。结果结直肠癌组织中TCF21与KISS1的阳性表达率均明显低于癌旁正常组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。有淋巴结转移、有远处转移及临床分期为Ⅲ+Ⅳ期的结直肠癌患者的结直肠癌组织中TCF21、KISS1阳性表达率均低于无淋巴结转移、无远处转移及临床分期为Ⅰ+Ⅱ期的患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TCF21与KISS1在结直肠癌、癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率均呈正相关(r=0.450、0.365,P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌中TCF21与KISS1的表达均与结直肠癌病理特征密切相关,二者表达呈正相关,TCF21可能正性调控KISS1表达。Objective To investigate the effect of transcription factor 21(TCF21) and KiSS-1 metastasis suppressor(KISS1) gene expressions in colorectal cancer on its pathological characteristics and explore their correlation.Method The immunohistochemical assay was used to detect both the expression of TCF21 and KISS1 in 71 cases with colorectal cancer primary tumors and corresponding adjacent normal tissues,and their correlation with pathological characteristics was analyzed.Result The positive expression rates of TCF21 and KISS1 in colorectal cancer tissues were significantly lower than those in normal tissues adjacent to cancer,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The positive expression rates of TCF21 and KISS1 in tumor tissues from colorectal cancer patients with lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis,and clinical stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ were lower than those without lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis,and clinical stage Ⅰ+Ⅱ,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of TCF21 and KISS1 in colorectal cancer and adjacent normal tissues were positively correlated(r=0.450,0.365,P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of TCF21 and KISS1 in colorectal cancer are closely related to the pathological characteristics of this cancer type and their expressions are positively correlated.TCF21 may positively regulate the expression of KISS1.
