摘  要:普通车床加工蜗杆零件时,因蜗杆齿形较深,易出现排屑不畅、“扎刀”和打刀等情况,同时因选用较低的主轴转速导致加工效率低,对操作者的技能要求较高。因此,结合实践经验,提出“分层+中左右循环切削”的思路,利用数控宏程序车削蜗杆,极大地提高了加工效率,也能很好地保护车刀。When machining worm parts with ordinary lathe,due to the deep tooth shape of worm,it is easy to appear the situation such as removing chip,"cutting tool"and striking tool,and at the same time,due to the selection of a lower spindle speed,lead to low processing efficiency,the operator's skill requirements are higher.Combining with practical experience,the author puts forward the idea of"layering+mid-left and right circular cutting",which can greatly improve the machining efficiency and protect the turning tool by using NC macro-program.
