摘  要:金陵石化炼制原料油来源众多,采油助剂成分复杂,炼油污水处理场接收的污水乳化严重。多方研究用药剂强化破乳后,污水仍无法达到含油量小于20mg/L的指标,急需采用有效技术解决浮选出水含油量超标问题,以减轻后端流程负担,稳定出水水质,提高污水达标的可靠性。因此,优化与改造浮选装置,取得了明显效果。Because the company’s refining raw oil sources are numerous,the composition of oil production aids is complex,and the sewage received by the refinery sewage treatment plant is emulsified seriously.After multiple studies on the enhanced demulsification of agents,the sewage still can’t reach the index of oil content less than 20mg/L.it is urgent to adopt effective technology to solve the problem of excessive oil content in the flotation water,so as to reduce the burden of the back-end process,stabilize the water quality of the effluent,and improve the sewage Reliability of water standard.Therefore,we have carried on the optimization and the transformation to the flotation device,and has obtained the very obvious effect.
