摘　　要：分析真空镀膜机自动控制系统的研发现状,探讨真空镀膜机自动控制系统的应用,通过对该系统进行动态控制来实现设备的自动化操作,从而降低企业成本,提高企业收益。This paper mainly analyzes the research and development status of the automatic control system of the vacuum coating machine,and then discusses the application of the automatic control system of the vacuum coating machine,and realizes the automatic operation of the equipment through the dynamic control of the system,so as to reduce the cost of the enterprise and improve the income of the enterprise.
