摘 要:针对大多数城市充电设施的最优选址无法得到满足的问题,提出了适用于供地不足城市的电动汽车充电网络规划方法。首先根据城市的实际条件给出电动汽车充电站的备选站址;然后基于能量等效原则将规划区域内加油站售油量折算为等效充电量,采用等负荷距分配法将等效电量分配至充电站和分散式充电设施进行负荷预测;最后校核约束条件确定最终规划方案。案例分析表明,分散式充电设施可满足私人充电需求且具有一定的公共服务能力,充电站可提供更大规模和更大功率的充电服务。Considering that the optimal siting of most charging facilities in urban areas cannot be satisfied,a planning method for electric vehicle charging network is proposed,which is suitable for cities with insufficient land supply.First,the alternative sites for electric vehicle charging stations are given according to the actual urban conditions.Then,based on the principle of energy equivalence,the sales volume at gas stations in the planned area is converted into the equivalent charge amount,which is distributed to charging stations and distributed charging facilities for load forecasting by using the distribution method of equal load distance.Finally,the constraints are checked to determine the final planning scheme.The result of a case study shows that distributed charging facilities can not only meet the private charging requirements but also have certain public service capabilities,while charging stations can provide charging services on a larger scale and with higher power.
