摘  要:社会的不断发展使无机非金属材料的需求不断增长,也让无机非金属工业生产的规模不断扩大,因此对高素质、高能力的技术人才需求也在不断增长。对高校无机非金属材料工程专业的人才培养提出更高的要求。学校要在新的社会需求和教学要求下对现有专业的综合状况进行分析,从学生知识分析、知识应用、科研能力等方面做出评估,从教学内容和教学形式上对专业课的深化和体系建设做出改革,让学生的实践创新能力得到提升,以便适应行业就业发展的需求。鉴于此,该文就无机非金属材料工程专业实验课程的改革策略进行简单分析,以供相关人士参考交流。With the continuous development of society,the demand for inorganic non-metallic materials is growing,and the scale of industrial production of inorganic non-metallic materials is expanding,so the demand for high-quality and high-capacity technical personnel is also growing.Higher requirements are put forward for the personnel training of inorganic nonmetallic material engineering major in Colleges and universities.Under the new social needs and teaching requirements,the university should analyze the comprehensive situation of the existing majors,evaluate the students’ knowledge analysis,knowledge application,scientific research ability,etc.,and reform the deepening and system construction of professional courses in terms of teaching content and teaching form,so as to improve the students’ practical innovation ability,so as to meet the needs of employment development of the industry.In view of this,this paper makes a simple analysis on the reform strategy of the experimental course of inorganic nonmetallic material engineering,which can be used as a reference for the relevant people.
