摘  要:后进生教育在高等学校教育中是一个难点也是一个盲点,后进生的有效改善对教学质量、教学成效、人才培养都有着极其重要的意义。了解分析后进生形成的原因,全面系统提出防止和转化后进生的措施才能促进学校整体学风的提升,有效改善学风建设的盲区。同时,它可以促进落后学生的发展,维护社会稳定,消除家庭忧虑。也是高等学校实现立德树人根本任务的一个有效途径。The education of underachievers is a difficult and blind spot in higher education.The effective improvement of underachievers is of great significance to the teaching quality,teaching effect and personnel training.Only by understanding and analyzing the causes of the formation of underachievers,and putting forward comprehensive and systematic measures to prevent and transform underachievers,can we promote the overall learning style of the school and effectively improve the blind area of learning style construction.At the same time,it can promote the development of backward students,maintain social stability and eliminate family worries.It is also an effective way for colleges and universities to realize the fundamental task of moral education.
