摘　　要：目的探讨氧化损伤对过敏性结膜炎发病的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2018年10月在浦东新区人民医院眼科就诊的过敏性结膜炎患者(观察组)和正常对照志愿者(对照组)各50例为研究对象,醋酸纤维膜印取眼表结膜细胞,每组各取10例标本做HE染色,余下标本采用免疫组织化学技术检测细胞中过氧化物酶的表达水平。结果HE染色结果显示,醋酸纤维膜印取结膜上皮细胞数量丰富,可以满足过氧化物酶免疫染色需要;观察组患者的过氧化物酶细胞染色阳性率为(27.75±9.54)%,明显高于对照组的(5.00±3.92)%,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者中男性的过氧化物酶细胞染色阳性率为(25.52±10.26)%,与女性的(29.76±8.58)%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者中40岁以上过氧化物酶细胞染色阳性率为(25.29±9.43)%,与40岁及以下年龄的(29.57±9.40)%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论过敏性结膜炎患者结膜上皮细胞过氧化物酶活性升高,表达增强,氧化损伤对过敏性结膜炎的发生有显著影响。Objective To investigate the effect of oxidative damage on allergic conjunctivitis.Methods The data of 50 cases with allergic conjunctivitis and 50 normal volunteers in the Department of Ophthalmology,Pudong New Area People's Hospital were selected from Mar.2017 to Oct.2018.Conjunctival epithelial cells were obtained by the method of impression cytology with cellulose acetate membrane,and 10 specimens were taken from each group for HE staining.The remaining 80 specimens were stained with immunohistochemical staining.Peroxidase activity were examined.Results HE staining results showed that the number of conjunctival epithelial cells on cellulose acetate membrane was abundant that can meet the need of peroxidase immunostaining.The percentage of peroxidase immunostaining positive cell in the allergic conjunctivitis group was(27.75±9.54)%,which was significantly higher than(5.00±3.92)%in the control group(P<0.01);the percentage of peroxidase immunostaining positive cell in male patients was(25.52±10.26)%,versus(29.76±8.58)%in female patients(P>0.05);the percentage of peroxidase immunostaining positive cell in patients with allergic conjunctivitis over 40 years old was(25.29±9.43)%versus(29.57±9.40)%in those no more than 40 years old(P>0.05).Conclusion The activity of peroxidase in the conjunctival epithelial cells of patients suffering from allergic conjunctivitis are increased obviously,oxidative damage has a significant effect on allergic conjunctivitis.
