摘 要:以3 MW的风力发电机为例,运用加入时间因子t的传递矩阵法和双重步QR法计算临界转速,再用有限元的分析方法对转子动力学特性进行计算分析,将两种临界转速计算结果进行对比。风力发电机的外转子结构体积和转动惯量过大,在运行过程中会出现偏心情况,因此,必须分析考虑偏心条件下电磁力变化情况。用解析方法计算出复频率的实部与虚部,得出转子响应对数衰减率曲线,为分析转子系统的稳定性提供参考。Taking 3 MW wind turbine as an example,the transfer matrix method with time factor t and double step QR method were used to calculate the critical speed.Then the rotor dynamic characteristics were calculated and analyzed by finite element analysis method,and the calculation results of the two critical speeds were compared.The outer rotor structure volume and moment of inertia of wind turbine are too large,which will cause eccentricity during operation.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and consider the variation of electromagnetic force under the condition of eccentricity.The real part and imaginary part of complex frequency were calculated by analytic method,and the logarithmic decay rate curve of rotor response was obtained,which provided reference for analyzing the stability of rotor system.
